Entretien avec le responsable pédagogique de la section concernée pour évaluer vos motivations et l’adéquation de votre parcours et de votre projet professionnel.
Cet entretien durera approximativement 30 min.
Si vous ne disposez pas d’un compte skype l’entretien pourra se faire exceptionnellement par téléphone.

Attestation de pré-inscription
Une fois les tests et entretiens validés par le responsable pédagogique de la section concernée, nous vous fournissons une attestation de préinscription de façon à ce que vous puissiez avancer dans vos démarches auprès de Campus France.
Cette attestation de préinscription sera conjointement envoyée à l’espace Campus France de votre pays de résidence.
Il faudra néanmoins faire le virement de l’acompte (Tableau+ Rib) avant votre rendez vous à l’ambassade. En effet dès réception de l’acompte, nous vous fournirons un Certificat d’inscription qui vous permettra de finaliser vos démarches consulaires et de prouver que votre inscription est bien validée.
B / Campus-France
Les critères académiques d'instruction ont été précisés par une circulaire interministérielle (Intérieur, Affaires étrangères, Enseignement supérieur et Recherche), le 27 janvier 2006.
Doivent être pris en compte notamment des critères généraux, comme les chances de voir leur projet de formation en France déboucher sur un “parcours de réussite professionnelle”, la possible contribution du projet au développement économique et social du pays d'origine ou l'intérêt de la France et de sa coopération avec le pays concerné.
1 / La circulaire est plus précise avec les critères spécifiques :
- Critère 1 : niveau atteint par les candidats dans leur cursus universitaire, avec une priorité pour les étudiants susceptibles d'intégrer un Master ou un Doctorat, les titulaires d'un baccalauréat français, les étudiants admis en classe préparatoire et ceux admis dans les filières sélectives de l'enseignement court (IUT, STS).
- Critère 2 : qualité du cursus antérieur, notamment en collectant puis en communiquant aux établissements français “toute information propre à éclairer leur décision autonome de pré-inscription grâce à des indications relatives à la valeur des établissements et des cursus suivis par les candidats”, grâce à la fiabilité des mentions et des appréciations dont ils auront fait état, ainsi qu'à la cohérence de leur projet de mobilité avec le cursus antérieur.
- Critère 3 : cadre institutionnel du projet de mobilité, avec une priorité donnée aux candidats entrant dans le cadre d'un accord de coopération entre établissements français et nationaux, aux étudiants boursiers du gouvernement français et aux étudiants ayant suivi sur place avec succès des formations diplômantes associant ou délivrées par un établissement français.
- Critère 4 : compétences linguistiques, avec le contrôle du niveau de maîtrise du français des candidats, sans exclure ceux qui révèlent un potentiel académique important.
Trois autres critères, non spécifiques à l'instruction du visa étudiant, sont évidemment mentionnés :
- absence de menace pour la sécurité et l'ordre publics ;
- authentification des pièces fournies (dont les diplômes
- et les relevés de notes, le cas échéant) ;
- justification de ressources suffisantes pour le séjour.
- Ce dernier point est traité par l'Instruction générale sur les visas (le CESEDA n'indique pas de montant).
- Le minimum à justifier dans le cas d'un étudiant serait de l'ordre de 70% du montant de l'allocation mensuelle de base versée aux boursiers du gouvernement français, soit environ 455 euros. Les consulats sont souverains pour l'appréciation de ces dispositions.

Interview with the pedagogical director of the section concerned to evaluate your motivations and the adequacy of your career and your professional project.
This interview will take approximately 30 minutes.
If you do not have a skype account the interview can be done exceptionally by phone.

Certificate of pre-registration
Once the tests and interviews have been validated by the pedagogical manager of the concerned section, we will provide you with a pre-registration certificate so that you can make further progress with Campus France.
This pre-registration certificate will be sent jointly to the Campus France area in your country of residence.
It will nevertheless make the transfer of the deposit (Table + Rib) before your appointment at the Embassy. In fact upon receipt of the deposit, we will
provide you with a Certificate of Registration that will allow you to finalize your consular procedures and prove that your registration is validated.
B / Campus-France
The academic criteria for education were specified by an interministerial circular (Interior, Foreign Affairs, Higher Education and Research), on 27 January 2006.
In particular, general criteria must be taken into account, such as the chances of having their training project in France leading to a "career success", the possible contribution of the project to the economic and social development of the country of origin or the interest France and its cooperation with the country concerned.
1 / The circular is more precise with the specific criteria:
Criterion 1: level reached by the candidates in their university course, with a priority for the students likely to integrate a Master or a Doctorate, the holders of a French baccalaureate, the students admitted in preparatory class and those admitted in the selective channels short education (IUT, STS).
Criterion 2: Quality of the previous curriculum, in particular by collecting and then communicating to French institutions "any information to inform their autonomous decision of pre-registration thanks to indications relating to the value of the institutions and courses followed by the candidates", thanks the reliability of the mentions and assessments they have reported, as well as the consistency of their mobility project with the previous course.
Criterion 3: Institutional framework of the mobility project, with a priority given to candidates coming within the framework of a cooperation agreement
